Tabby – not working on one domain

Is there any difference if the plugin is not network activated, but activated per site instead?

problem is – its not even listed in the options on the individual sites (only Network Admin view). I can’t even find it. Very strange.

It will not appear in the plugins list for individual sites when it is network activated.

I can see that the shortcodes have been processed as expected, and also the tabby stylesheet and javascript is included in the page with valid paths as expected.

However the issue appears to be that the tabby.js script is not actually executing. When I have seen this previously it has been due to a script issue in a script which executes before the tabby script and when that script is removed the tabby script is able to execute.

To troubleshoot the issue and indentify whether this is what has occured here, deactivate all other plugins & check whether the issue no longer occurs. If so, activate them one by one checking whether the issue then reoccurs to identify which plugin caused the issue.

You might also be able to use the Health Check plugin for this troubleshooting https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/ although I have not used this on multisite WP.

I hope you discover the cause – I suspect it will be due to a script in a plugin rather than the theme as it looks like the same theme is active on your site where the tabs are working.
