Fuzzy URL Matching on Paginated wp-admin Sections

Is there any way to get Fuzzy URL matching to work on paginated areas in wp-admin, such as the comments section?

For example, I want to disable certain plugins in this URL:

https://domain.com/wp-admin/edit-comments.php

This works, but doesn’t on:

https://domain.com/wp-admin/edit-comments.php?paged=2

So I tried adding this to enable fuzzy URL matching in my plugin filter:

https://domain.com/wp-admin/edit-comments.php?paged=*

But for some reason this doesn’t work at all. Any ideas? ??
