Dont see authorize on checkout

Hello,
i had huge issue with plugin or maybe my configuration. When i am logged in as admin in wordpress on checkout i can clearly see Authorize option for payment. But when i am guest od i register via checkout form i only see Check payments . Strange thing is that Check payments module is not active.
