Main menu work perfectly but other multiple menu not show

  • Hi,
    Thank you very much for your great plugin. It’s very useful but I have a problem to use multiple menu function.

    My main page that use #menu-educatepark has been working perfectly but my site have multiple menu. When I added other menu ID such as #menu-study-abroad and downsize the chrome browser to mobile size, the desktop menu disappear but the mobile menu is not show. I also attached some photo for the reference.

    My wordpress and plugins is latest version and my theme is genesis framework with basic child theme.

    I see it doesn’t get output on the other pages – have you tried to disable all other plugins to see if there is a clash?

    Thanks for your suggestion but I need to get the permission from my senior to disable all other plugins as some plugins can cause a lot trouble when disable and reactivate (such as the “native language long url” plugins which cause permalink url problem). I will update my case as soon as I get his permission.
