    Is there a way to make the shipping cost to ￡0 but only on certain products, limited to users that have a specific role?

    Yes, you can certainly do that, though you will need a plugin to make sure that the shipping costs are only applied to certain products and roles. Conditional Shipping and Payments could work for you, if you create an additional (hidden) category for all products that are eligible for free shipping (for some customers).

    Thanks for your response.

    I can’t set the products as hidden as they are available to everyone. What I have done is set unique pricing on certain products for a limited user group.

    I do have the conditional payment and shipping plugin installed but can’t see a way around getting the settings different to normal customers and then my specific user group.

    Maybe no; I haven’t actually tried the plugin.

    But you can search for a plugin that can help you with that.
