Adding description on default items?

  • We’d like to add some descriptive text (instructions) to the subject and description items. How can we go about doing that?

    Hi @dakotagp, apologies for the slow reply!

    This is not possible currently, however we may be able to add it to a future version. In the meantime, you could use a “descriptive” custom field. This can be placed above the main Description field to give more guidance to the user.
