Registration form does not work

  • 1. The complete page does not showed. Only refresh page.
    2. Any information arter submit does not get into submissions.
    3. Selectbox does not work correctly. Points are not selected, except first one.

    Thanks for the post.
    We can see that the jQuery is not functioning on your website and this is causing the dysfunction of the product.
    Will it be possible to
    1) deactivate/activate the forms plugin and clear cache files
    1) deactivate all your plugins one by one and check if the problem exists or not
    2) change your current theme to one of WordPress default themes for a few seconds only to check if the issue is theme related or not

    Your form does not work with any themes, except Bootstrap Basic4.
    Can you give advice? How can I export all submissions to Excel file?

    We would like to kindly note that the plugin is compatible with all WordPress standard themes. In the case, if you have found a theme-related conflict, we will be glad to test the issue at our end and provide further instructions.

    The submissions can be exported to Excel, CSV and PDF file with an additional sub-plugin.
    It can be found on the form’s page on our website.
