Product page display error after updates when using shoppage as startpage

    Hi,

    originally this page shows at the startpage immediately the shop-page where the travels (products) can be selected. I already changed this and made a menu link to the Shoppage, otherwise it will not displayed nicely (So I run around the malfunction).

    The malfunction is, when setting the shoppage as startpage, then all products will be opened and displayed in this way:
    .. first product opened in detailed view (wrong because shoppage overview expected)
    .. then follows the product icon-view (products overview)
    .. second product opened in detailed view
    .. then again follows the product icon-view (products overview)
    .. third product opened in detailed view
    .. then again follows the product icon-view (products overview)
    .. fourth product opened in detailed view
    .. then again follows the product icon-view (products overview)

    and so on, seams endless until all products are shown, thats pretty crazy, isnt it ?
    I think here is a general mistake in the WP to WooCommerce communication because in WP settings we selects the startpage and in WC we define the Product Shop Page correctly.

    Choosing the Shoppage by a seperat link works fine.

    Not sure I fully understand what you mean.

    I believe part of what you’re experiencing though has to do with what we are currently looking into. More information on this here: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/1867.

    The problem has to do with outdated WooCommerce templates in the theme or a plugin. The next update, WooCommerce 3.3.1, will have a patch that will help make this work better for themes that aren’t being updated.
