Hi. Is there a way to add multiple IP addresses to the IP Manager WhiteList. I can only see a way to add one at a time.

    Hi,

No, we don’t have “bulk upload IP addresses to whitelist” functionality. It’s been added to our list of requests for consideration.

Thanks. it would be a handy option as your plugin causes ManageWP to time out and their IP list is about 50.

I second this request. You may be blocking Uptime Robot as well and they provide a large list of IPs to whitelist:

Just to note here, Shield doesn’t block requests, it blocks requests that triggers the security rules in-place.

Uptime monitoring will never trigger Shield if it’s simply making a GET request to a site.

As to Manage WP, it wont causes timeouts, it’d kill the request almost instantly if it’s triggering one of the security rules repeatedly. If it’s consistently triggering a rule, and it’s likely a firewall rule, white list the parameters that it’s triggering (this can be found in the audit trail)

IP white list should be used very sparingly, and not because it’s there.
