Hover popup explainer showing behind sidebar header

    If browser is resized so the right sidebar gets hidden, when you open it up and mouse hover over the social media buttons the popup explainer (saying for instance “Follow X on Instagram” when hovering on the Instagram button) that appears above the social media button actually appears half behind the header of the sidebar.

    Anyone know how to fix this? I’d be fine with just disabling the popup, as if you hover long enough a second popup appears below the social media button (as shown in screenshot nr 2). I’d also like to know how to disable the second popup, below the social media button, if anyone knows how.
