youtube vidoes will play but the playlist is nowhere

    I have word press with the fvplug in and use it in the text mode. I can set a single video on with no problem but setting everything on the playlist feature at default just as the teaching demo shows, I get no playlist after I go through all the options and settings. I think this thing works great for singles.. but how do I get this thing to work for a playlist that it creates?

    the area beside the options with the playlists showing will not show the same type of pictures that the demo shows with the player and the playlist on it before I send it to the text area… is there a number to call as I want to purchase this but not if it is not going to work for me.

    I’m sorry that you are having difficulties with the playlist feature of FV Player. I’m not sure though in which step you are experiencing the problem. You said you are in the text mode – I assume that it’s the view in your WP editor that allows you to see the source HTML code. If you are using the default one (TinyMCE), then you should have no issues with opening the shortcode editor and adding videos to the playlist as described in this guide – How to Create Playlists. If you still having difficulties in the text mode, would you try switching to the visual mode and try to use the shortcode editor there?

    We don’t provide telephone support but pro users enjoy email support. We also have extensive written documentation in four languages. As well as busy free forums.

    Like Eduard, I’d recommend using our built-in Media button and interface as it makes it much easier to work with the shortcodes for playlists. Shortcodes are great for singles but for the playlists, they are complex to write and manipulate by hand.
