    a month ago i installed keyy. but i lost my phone where the keyy app was installed and my data on it…i installed the keyyapp again on my new phone but i cannot login in my site…anymore…

    If you don’t have the backup file you will need to re-establish identity.

    I think you may have already opened a support request via the phone? if so I will reply there.
