Show empty sub-categories are not working to me

    Hi, I installed htis plugin and tryed to watch the empty categories into a category, but they are not showed.
    This option is ENABLED: Check to SHOW empty Product Categories on Shop pages
    I am using Woocommerce Version 3.3.0 and WordPress Version 4.9.2.

    You may need to change
    Shop Page Display to include Categories

    and/or change
    Default Category Display to include Subcategories.

    You can find these settings on WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display page.

    What do you have these two settings set to?

    Thanks, just here wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=products is disappered the display link , and t is being moved here wp-admin/customize.php?url=https://www.eforte.it&autofocus[panel]=woocommerce and I made what you ask me, but it still now works..

    Yes you are correct… the settings have been moved to:
    Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Catalog

    Try these settings:
    Set SHOP PAGE DISPLAY = SHOW CATEGORIES
    Set CATEGORY DISPLAY = SHOW SUB-CATEGORIES

    With these settings, I am able to get empty category to show.

    If this still does not work then it could be an issue with your theme. I notice that Bridge theme for WooCoomerce has a bunch of issues since most recent update of WC, so it could be theme level issue.

    yes, I alreayd have these setting,s thanks. After updating the database of woocommerce these categories are gone back hidden, before it was all right instead, yes.

    Are you checking your actual Shop page, or are you using a shortcode [product_categories] on a page to try and display?

    The option only works on actual Shop pages and not on shortcodes.

    Unfortunately I can not offer any more suggestions since it is working for me on WordPress v4.9.2 with WooCommerce v3.3.0 with v1.3.0 of my plugin.

    no shortcode, I sent an email to the owner of impreza theme, asking to check if meybe they have a bug.
