Form Submission Error

    Hello Team,

    I was using “Contact form 7” latest version 5.0 And “Email Before Download” version 3.4.2 And “Download Monitor” version 1.9.9 and it was working fine But after updating “Download Monitor” version 1.9.9 to 4.0.2 I am not able to submit a form, it was loading continuously after click on submit.

    Please provide us proper solution

    Please contact the author of the “Email Before Download” plugin as this plugin was not developed by us.

    Hello Barry,

    First of all thank you so much your prompt reply.

    But we are facing this issue after updating the “Download Monitor” plugin so maybe it is an issue on “Download Monitor” latest version.
    If we can remove latest updated version 4.0.2 and revert back 1.9.9 version then it is working fine but only on “Download Monitor” 4.0.2 version, it is not working.

    The incompatibility is indeed caused by the latest Download Monitor update but the solution is that the “Email Before Download” needs to be updated. Please contact the developer of that plugin, they should be able to help you.
