• I installed the free version of booster for WooCommerce, but after attempting to install some of the features, I realized that it didn’t really work for our site. I attempted to deactivate the plugin. WordPress said the plugin was deactivated, but it remains active. I tried deleting the plugin, but the plugin will not delete either.

  • Hi @bsteeletx,

That’s strange – I’ve never seen anything like it before. Basically to remove any WordPress plugin, you can just login to your site via FTP and delete plugin’s folder (in “\wp-content\plugins\”). For free Booster version folder is “woocommerce-jetpack”. If you would like me to take a look at it, you can contact me on [email protected].

    Hope that helps.

    Best regards,
    Tom

Yeah, I was just letting you know about it (and if you had any ‘gotchas’ about doing it that way).

That being said, I looked at my plugin page a little while later, and it WAS disabled at least. But now I’m trying to re-enable it (a feature that I thought you had I couldn’t find, so I wanted to remove it, and now I see the feature in your list of features, so now I’m double-checking), and I’m seeing the same issue: I try to enable the plug in, and wordpress says it got enabled, but it is not enabled.

    Really strange.
