the plugin, generating addresses, enforces the final slash in category addresses. In the case of using addresses without the final slash, it is necessary to redirect 301 to addresses without slash

    Hello!

The WordPress enforces or doesn’t enforce the final slash in category’s addresses and makes 301 redirects to addresses with or without a slash depending on the permalinks settings. If you want to have URLs without a final slash, delete it in the Permalink Settings:

    I hope it’ll help you

exactly the way I have it set up and the addresses of the products are without the final slash. Nevertheless, after hovering over the link to the category in the menu, it points to the address with the final slash. After disabling the plugin, the addresses return to the version without the final slash. See it on my website https://lavivre.pl

    Thank you for your feedback.

I’ve found out what the issue is. We will try to fix it soon.

If this is critical for you, turn off the “Remove parent slugs” option in the Permalink managers.

That’s exactly what it was about. After using your advice it is as it should be. Addresses are generated without the final slash. THANKS

after upgrading to version 2.0, I again had a problem with the final slash. The option with which I previously dealt with this problem was also removed.
Do you have any idea how to solve this problem now?

    Hi!

Sorry for long response – next time, please, create new topic. A temporary solution to your problem – make sure that you have final slash at Permalink Settings:

I wanted to continue the thread because after the update is the same problem. For now, I use the previous version before upgrading to 2.0
The problem is exactly the same as I wrote earlier. I have disabled final slash in settings -% postname%
Product pages are without it. It occurs only in the code and links to category pages. Later there is a redirection to the page without slash.

We will fix this issue as soon as possible. If you can make setting look like this – /%postname%/ , all will work fine.

Thank you for you help in improving our plugin!

    Best regards,

After setting about what you are writing, I have a final slug in all links. I am not asking for this, I will wait for updating the plugin
