Click button and link to wpforms.

Hi,
I am looking to have a button called “Contact Us”. And when user clicks it, he’s presented with wpforms contact form.
I really prefer this way without linking to a page if possible. Is it possible?

This is the button i’d like to activate “popup maker” and pull “wpforms”.
