Does this plugin support Visa NAB debit card?

    Hello plugin developer,

    We are using this plugin on our website to accept payment via stripe and everything is working fine but when one of our customers tried to place an order using a Visa NAB debit card it did not work.

    Can you please let me know it accepts payment from Visa NAB debit card or not?

    Hello, I would suggest contact Stripe directly and ask them about this question. Because if they support, we can make the plugin to support it.

    Hi royho,

    I asked Stripe support, they said “Yes, Stripe does support NAB issued cards. With Stripe, you can charge almost any kind of credit or debit card. For Australian, you can process any payments with Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.”

    Hi, then it should work out of the box. Stripe is the one that processes the cards so I am not sure there is anything we need to do to make this work. Perhaps you want to look at your logs to see if it states anything useful as to why it failed.
