    Hi there,
I am facing a problem with my website because it consistently not loading until a make a server reboot!

I remember that i disabled Jetpack one time for this issue and page was loading properly without any system reboot?!

May I know if it’s any way how i could find out if JetPack is sending my website Down, I mean Server Requests and Responds to my SQL is sending website down!?

    Thanks and kind regards,

Your best bet is to contact your site host, as they should be able to examine the logs to determine the source of the issue.

Also, at present, this site is not connected to WordPress.com.

While your site is publicly accessible, we cannot access your site’s XML-RPC file:

    https://www.magicevent.al/xmlrpc.php

This file is used by Jetpack and other plugins and apps to connect to your site. It must return the following message:

XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.

You can see a working example here:

    https://jetpack.com/xmlrpc.php

Since your site returns an error for this page, I would recommend that you check the following:

    1. Can you see the xmlrpc.php file at the root of your WordPress installation when accessing your site via FTP?

    2. Do you use any security plugins that may block access to this file? If so, could you disable them?

    3. Does your hosting provider block access to this file? You may need to contact them to find out.

We hope that helps, and let us know if you have any more questions.
