Visual/HTML crash on “Create new post”

    Hi ..I recently upgraded to 2.7.x. After that. whenever i create a new post, it goes to the HTML option by default and when i switch over to the “Visual” option, i get few red lines here and there and not able to switch back to html.
    So, i am forced to choose some other option like “edit”, preview etc to make the page visible again.
    Am i doing something wrong?
