Page Links to Non WordPress Pages

I was wondering if there is a way (possibly through a plug in or code hacking) to add a page styled link to my blog.

Basically, I added a forum to my domain and I’d like to add a link to it in the WordPress built list of Page links across the top of my page.

The URL is at joshmiller.net . The pages list across the top in these pretty little tabs, I want to add a matching tab that links to joshmiller.net/boards/ .
