Submission error

    I have a subscription form on my website it use to work perfectly earlier. Lately on submission it shows error and my subscribers are unable to opt in using the form. The form is placed in the right sidebar of the page gatherdc.org
    Titled: RECEIVE UPDATES

    Kindly look in the issue and resolve ASAP.
