After updating my WordPress install when I try to clone a site I receive the following error message: “Are you sure you want to do this?”

There’s no button to click yes or confirm or anything.

    Any idea what’s going on?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I’ve just checked this with the latest WP and it’s working as expected. The issue is not related specifically to this plugin, even if triggered when you’re using it.

The error may be a memory limit you’re hitting on your server.

There are other possible causes for this, but in your context I suggest try increasing the memory limit first.

Thanks. What memory limit do you suggest to get Cloner to work?

Increase it a bit, try again, if it doesn’t work, increase it again, etc.
You’ll need to try until it works.
I can’t specify a memory limit because it depends on each site’s DB size, other plugins, etc.
On my site I’m using 256M.

I increased memory_limit up to 2000M and still can’t get the plugin to run. I’ve tried disabling other plugins but that didn’t help either. Not sure what else to try.

Well I can confirm it’s not this plugin. I just discovered I also cannot create new sites through the regular wp admin. At least now I’ve got a new direction to look into.

Tried creating a new site with this plugin disabled?

Yes, I even deleted the plugin. I’m working live without a net (no staging server) so I can’t easily disable all plugins and custom themes without major disruptions on my network.

I’ll have to wait until late at night or early in the morning to test that.
