Event Aggregator import not working

Thanks for reaching out to us. I’m sorry about your troubles with logging in to our helpdesk. I checked that license key for you and it is connected to an email address that looks like this:
jan*****tek@g***l.com

Try logging in with that.

Regarding the license key, it is still valid for about 2 months. If the import options are still greyed out, then go to Events > Settings > Import, remove the license key, then save the settings.
Re-enter the license key, wait until you get the green success message and save the settings. (If you hit save before the success message, then the license key will not be saved.)

Let me know if you need further help. Best would be if you could post in our premium forums, we are monitoring that more closely. Once you posted there leave me a message here so I get pinged and can follow up fast.

Happy to hear we got that working.

Thanks for sharing the help screen. The name and the email in the help screen are taken from your WordPress installation, so the main admin name and email are shared there. So that is the site owner / administrator, but not necessarily the owner / purchaser of the license. Based on our records a person with the email address I shared above has registered on our site and purchased the EA license, and thus is currently the owner of it.
