    Hi,

I created my custom field in the form using the method in documentation. However, when i set the custom field parameter to either ‘backend_only’ or ‘hide_front_end’, the query string, for instance ‘/?wpas_my_custom_field=aaa’, will not insert the value properly into the hidden text input.

    Hello:

That makes sense – those fields aren’t present in the front-end at all so there’s nothing for the query string to fill in on the front-end form.

A possible workaround could be to make the fields available to the front-end but use some css to hide them.

    Thanks.
