string translation

  • Hi,

    I used polylang theme strings plugins, but i couldn’t see any theme string in string translation section. I used wordpress internalization function __(‘…’). Does polylang only find strings used with the functions pll__(‘…’) and pll_e(‘…’).

    Hi,

    Polylang “finds” only strings registered with pll_register_string(). Strings internationalized with __() must be translated with po/mo files for example with Loco Translate.
