same problem “Plugin Breaks Billing Details Formatting on Checkout”

    The plugin is breaking the billing details formatting on the checkout page. With the plugin enabled, the last name label/field is being kicked down between the address and town/city fields. This doesn’t appear to be a css issue as the physical code for last name is moving.
