    I have contacted support 2 times for a relatively simple question as well as for pre sales but no one has responded in over 1 week. Yes I used your Support Portal *cough*. Nothing in spam or junk. Can someone please help me? Is anyone getting my messages? Questions:
    (1) Can I can the color of 1 title in the PDF that is received via email? If so, how?
    (2) Does 1 of your plugins, like Core Booster allow me to accomplish what question in 1?

    Hi Joe,

    One of our staff replied to your support request on Feb 8 (you used a gmail email) and our mail logs show no delivery problems. We also replied again yesterday to your follow-up email, but our mail logs show the email could not be delivered due to your MX server being unreachable. I’d recommend reviewing the email server setup for the 3ees.com domain as all our emails send to this domain have been dropped for the same reason.

    As for your actual questions:

    It’s possible, but you’d need to modify the PDF template file directly to make this change and it cannot be done from the UI. It’ll require knowledge in HTML/CSS/PHP to complete.

    To get started you’ll first need to prepare the infrastructure. You can then edit the file rubix.php in your PDF Working Directory and include the necessary CSS. To assist you in this, you can view the generated HTML markup that’s send to the PDF engine using the ?html=1 helper parameter.

    that’s interesting… about the emails. I have received hundreds of e-mails today and called my host to verify everything. Everything seems correct. Also I have searched Gmail and not found anything from you.

    OK. I will look into your instructions. So I am guessing that you do not offer a plugin to assist in this customization? If not, how much do you charge to create the custom template with 1 Title that’s Red?
