    Hey,

I am trying to import the products in my WooCommerce Store to my Amazon account. I keep getting this error:

Amazon returned the following error(s) when this product was submitted. (Status: failed)
Error 13013: We’re unable to complete your request because this SKU is not in the Amazon catalog. If this was a deleted SKU, wait 24 hours before resubmitting it. If you tried to add this SKU to the Amazon catalog before, check your data and correct any errors before resubmitting. [?]

I have made sure all the information in the Amazon section is correct. I even looked to make sure the SKU I put in is right and on Amazon. It looks like it is pulling the SKU from the WooCommerce Product Data, Inventory, SKU section. How can I make sure it dose not do this? Again I check all the information under the Amazon section and that is all correct. So I’m not sure why it is not working.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @karenlg

To understand this error we first need to go over the fact that this error is usually thrown when a user uses a listingloader feed. A listingloader feed can only be used for listings that you want to match to, contain an ASIN, and exist on Amazon already.

It appears you are trying to list new items to Amazon’s catalog and if that is the case you must use a category specific feed as explained here: Create new products on Amazon not a listingloader feed template in the listing profile.

Amazon’s error is saying that they cannot find any SKU on Amazon for the SKU you provided and that would be because when using a listingloader feed, Amazon assumes you are trying to update listings that are matched and already on Amazon’s catalog.

If you need further help please send me a feed by following this: There were some errors when processing my feed. Can you help me fix them? – but it sounds like to me you selected a listingloader feed template in the listing profile instead of a category specific feed.

    Kind regards,
    John

So I was trying to make Profiles but we have so many different products I’m not even sure how this will work for all my products. Is there a short code for Manufacturer, Manufacturer Part Number, Item Type Keyword, Brand Name, Package Quantity. I can use. Because this will change on each product.

I was trying to fill all this information in on the product individually.

    Hello @karenlg.

Yes, you can simply click the magnifying glass next to each field in the listing profile and then select the field you wish to use for that field in the listing profile. WP-Lister will then automatically insert the appropriate shortcode.

    Kind regards,
    John
