ANOTHER BUG: SENT ON WRONG ORDER STATUS

Hi there,
I found another bug. May be has something to do with the first one.
When selecting the dropdown menu on the edit product page/custom emails:
ex: if I select “order status” “Completed” the custom email message was sent when the product was still in the “processing” order status despite the fact that I have been selected “Completed” on the order status dropdown menu.
