Hi. I can’t access your wp-admin area, but does changing the “edit.php” part of that link to “admin.php” make it work for you?

I ask because of a report by another user at https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/view-attendees-error/ (although we haven’t been able to replicate their report)

My website is currently locked by the hosting because the Woocemmerce general a high CPU volume when I switch theme (because it initial a redo for all the thumbnail), but this plugin is required for the Ticket pro to function, am I correct?

I’ve tried to change to admin.php as the post suggested, and it did fix the view problem. However, there is still not view View Attendees on the Event, and I’ve purchased the ticket pro, and the QR check in is having the same error (which is having the URL in edit.php instead of admin.php)
How might I fix them all?

    Hey @kaoruc,

Thank you for trying the suggested procedure.
To answer your question, you actually do not need WooCommerce to run Event Tickets.

As a side note, I would recommend backing up your install before troubleshooting or better yet, test things out on a staging/test clone of your website.

It sounds like you might be experiencing a conflict. I would recommend the following guide: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/

Furthermore, since you purchased a copy of Event Tickets Plus, for faster support, please open a ticket on our premium forums: https://theeventscalendar.com/help-desk/

    Best regards,
