    After a user clicks on a verification link in their email, we configured the plugin to redirect them to a Custom Success or Error Page.

    We included the ‘[wcemailverificationmessage]’ shortcode on the Custom Success Page, but no message is appearing.

    Additionally, should the ‘[wcemailverificationmessage]’ shortcode also work on the custom Error page?

    Lastly, what is the Verification Error Page for? When would people be directed there? Thanks

    Hello @barkins

    Please see this video for the correct usage of ‘[wcemailverificationmessage]’ -> Link

    Custom Error Page is only used to redirect a user to a custom page if user tries to login without verifying its email account. This option doesn’t need the ‘[wcemailverificationmessage]’.

    Thanks

    @xlplugins Thanks for video.

    I did exactly that, however the custom page is not displaying the message from the shortcode.

    In our configuration, we are allowing users to login by selection this option:

    “Yes, Allow User to login and show a Notice for Verification Email”

    Is that why the shortcode is not displaying anything?

    Also, since we’re allowing users to login, we don’t need the Custom Error Page then. Is that correct?

    Thank you for your help.
