Category display in Customise only showing subcategories.

    I am facing a strange issue, I am trying to show the products from category display dropdown but its only showing the subcategories irrespective of other options,

    I have already performed below tasks but it still not fixed.
    1) Deactivated all plugins except WooCommerce.
    2) Switched to default 2017 theme.
    3) I has tested the same on Fresh WP installation at my local system and things are working fine, not sure what could possibly went wrong in the other WP installation.

    I have one parent category “A” I have assigned two products to it A1 and A2,
    then I have subcategories of A as A-1 and A-2.

    Now somehow initially I selected to show the subcategories in category display page like for shop page display – categories
    for for category page – subcategories.

    but as now I want to change category display to products its still showing subcategories and not showing any product of either of parent category or any product of subcategory ONLY showing category.

    I have discovered a strange issue that the product category page is returning false for is_product_category() also body do not include any WooCommerce class.

    Can you help me what causing this?

    Did you make this change from the Customizer? Customizer > WooCommerce > Product Catalog. What do those settings say right now?
