exclude categories in single.php

    I have categories called features, column, gallery, news, banners. When I am in single.php, the next and previous button will shown all these categories. I want to have a single.php for features and column that will exclude banner and news. I also need another different single.php that will exclude all categories except gallery for gallery session. How can I do this?
