Submit button disappears

    I installed the plugin, published it and everything was fine. I then removed the captcha code, republished and the submit button disappeared. Note: I am using this plugin to replace another form plugin so the MailChimp for WordPress form is the second one on the page.

    I don’t see a Mailchimp for WordPress form on your page. The form in your sidebar is not made with out plugin.
