    Hello.

After update to 3.3.0 and 3.3.1 rounding problems for almost 50 % of orders. Subtotals and totals ending .01 eur. There was never such problems for many years. Our VAT is 21%. We use – “Yes, I will enter prices inclusive of tax”.
I have tried another method – “No, I will enter prices exclusive of tax”, but no help, the same rounding .01 eur for almost 50% eur orders.

Rounding problem is on products or shipping costs?

    Hi there,

Would this still be happening for you in the current version of WooCommerce?

    (@ugenijus)

    Hello,

Yes, same issues with new version (3.4.2).
If I uncheck “Round tax at subtotal level, instead of rounding per line”, I have no rounding issues, but total VAT usually wrong.
I browsed many forums, blogs, etc about this rounding problem, but no solution.

@ugenijus I haven’t been able to replicate this scenario, this is the result I get: https://cld.wthms.co/2PLfz9 . I get the same thing whether the Round at subtotal box is checked or not.

Have you tried deactivating all plugins to see if there’s another plugin that may be causing the issue?

    Hi,

Your example contains wrong VAT! It should be 17.36 eur.
For testing purpose I just made fresh wp and woo install. Same rounding issues!!. Screenshots: https://d.pr/free/i/u6kaVB , https://d.pr/free/i/fbRO7y , https://d.pr/free/i/C1rwHT

@ugenijus I was not aware of how you were doing the shipping, but after seeing your most recent screenshots I am guessing you are doing a shipping cost of 4.96, correct?

I worked on debugging this to see where the extra 1p was coming from and I think I found where, but am not 100% certain. I have submitted a bug report here:

@ugenijus Please the the GitHub link, turning off rounding at the subtotal level seems to have corrected the issue.

    Hello,

Thank you for your help. I checked github. VAT amount from 100 eur is 17,36 eur, not 17,35 eur. Accounting/tax rules is not the place for discussion :), it simply must be as it should be. In such situation with roundings, it is better to have +.01 in invoice but right VAT amount. So many years, everything was OK with roundings, only after 3.3. we and other woocommerce users has such issues.

    Thank you.
