Not Working

  • The ‘like dislike’ plugin isn’t working. The setup is simple but it won’t show on my WordPress pages.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for your review. We have checked in your site and it seems you are not using native WordPress comment but using the wordpress.com comment. Are you?

    Our plugin only works for the native WordPress comment and won’t work with jetpack comment system because comments from wordpress.com are loaded in an iframe which none of the plugin will have any control over.

    And we had also clearly mentioned in our FAQs that if your theme’s comment template is not using the comment_text filter then our like dislike button may not show because that is hook we are using to append our like dislike button.

    And also please make a habit of asking in support before giving a negative rating.
