403 error when making site changes

Hi,

I don’t know if I’ve missed a setting somewhere or if it’s a bug…say I have a site on the root with Wordfence installed and I install another WP build in /dev/ (without Wordfence installed) for example, if I make changes to the site in /dev/ like change permalinks it usually goes to a Wordfence 403 error page. I then have to deactivate Wordfence before being able to make changes. Can anybody help, am I missing a setting or is it a bug?
