Phone Number

    I’m getting a payment failed on the phone number:

    Braintree (Credit Card) Payment Failed (Status code 92202: Phone must contain exactly 10 digits, and can only contain numbers, dashes, parentheses and periods.)

    The phone number is entered in the form with no special characters, ie 6123331994

    Any ideas on how to resolve this?

    Please double-check that your theme is not causing a problem with the posting of the field. Please try switching to the default Twenty Seventeen Theme to see if the issue persists. If so, then we can rule out an issue with the theme.

    I did try the default theme before I posted the question, still didn’t work. I used a different plugin, that worked.
