Bitcoin mining on website

Hi I found on my website: poloniaauckland.co.nz virus about bitcoins mining
I installed fresh website 4.9.2 and yesterday was updated to 4.9.4
Can you help me that some of my plugins what I showed below are infected?
That update 4.9.4 just fixing this problem or I must do something on my website?

Line 405 on the index page, there is a script called coinhive, which is a malware trying to mine Bitcoins on any visitors’ computer.

The script line is as follows:
