The issue you are facing could be Google Map API restrictions. You may check the proper permission is given or not from the Google Cloud Console. Go to Google Cloud Console, check your API key settings, and ensure it allows your website to use the key. You may also check by creating a new API key with proper permission.
I think you are using the lightspeed cache plugin, clear your cache from your caching plugin and test again.
