]]>Hello, I am having issues enabling reCaptcha form fields onto my checkout process. I am attempting to enable reCaptchaV3 on either the payment method or the submit button to reduce the number of bot orders going through on the site. I’ve tried both my elementor theme and a plugin but do not see the reCaptcha logo/banner on the payment side of the checkout page. I’m assuming 1stPayGateway has a feature that is causing this issue. Any ideas?
]]>On the latest update of WooCommerce and WordPress, the 1stPayGateway plugin has been having issues keeping up. Every order we’ve had come in since results in a payment failure, with the message reading “RESPONSE: Transaction Declined Due to Security Reasons (IP Address)” to all of our site visitors. It’s been challenging to find a solution on my own as no debug log seems to exist.
The error message may be seen in the screenshot below:

If you have input, please advise!
]]>I am using this plug in with my go e merchant account. It works great except it’s not allowing a logged in customer to choose a saved card on checkout. It allows new cards to be saved in the customer account area and on checkout, however unable to select one on checkout although the option is there (on checkout) to use existing card when there is a card saved. I checked the CIM settings and its setup correctly as far as I can tell. I don’t really need this option but it doesn’t look secure if the card is saved and they can’t choose it. Please advise. Thank you for your time.
]]>Hi,
The package seems to be missing the 1stpay-form-handler.js file, any idea where we can find it?
Thanks,
David
