Hi, I am exporting my client’s website and I am importing the products and all the content again.

The problem I have is that I can’t import all the articles created by dFlip, I have been able to export everything fine, but when I try to import the csv with all the boxes it doesn’t complete the content, it only creates the article with the title but the URL of the file leaves it blank, do you know how I can complete this URL of the pdf file?

Please add an option to download a different file than the soource PDF. Plus if you choose images you can have a pdf to dowload.

Please add css variables so you can edit the UI more easily. For example:

We have continuously been receiving a “bad end offset” error code when trying to embed PDFs onto our website.

We have cleared the cache, disabled all plug-ins and then enabled one-by-one to try and isolate a conflict with no success. We have uploaded various PDFs and a common factor seems to be that PDFs where designs where created in InDesign produce this error code, while PDFs exported from Illustrator seem to function just fine.

We have tested out various file sizes, reducing PDF size with no success. We even tried to open the PDF exported from Indesign, reopen in Illustrator, and export from Illustrator, but it still produced an error code.

Our site is hosted through Pantheon and my technical knowledge is limited to push plugins from dev > test > live and then managing content through WordPress. Any insight would be greatly appreciate.

Even though i applied in settings to have the book be Right to Left – withing the pages it is right to left.

When one of my colleagues tries to access this page on their iPhone, the page ends up freezing for them. Though, when I access it, it doesn’t seem to happen (though, I am on an Android phone). The PDF size is also 5mb, so would that have some affect on it?

I’m having an issue that I just can’t get my head around! My embedded PDF when entering fullscreen on mobile goes behind the header. This cuts the top part of the PDF off. Page link below and its the ‘Steel Guide’ section.

I have a problem with the display of my Flip Books.

I am using the plugin “3D FlipBook : Dflip Lite”. I used it to create flip books with images (.webp format). I have used all the default settings except for a different background color.

Everything works perfectly on the desktop, on the laptop and in the mobile view on the cell phone.
Only on my tablet do I only see completely BLACK PICTURES.

Even when paging, only completely black pages are displayed.

When I click on the plus sign to enlarge the view, the image is suddenly displayed (with enlargement). If I then use the minus sign to return to the normal view, only a black image is displayed again.

If I show the thumbnail display, the thumbnails in the margin are also displayed correctly, but the page display remains black.

I work with a Samsung Galaxy Tab A, model number SM-T555. I have this problem in all browsers: Chrome (version 119.0.6045.194), Mozilla Firefox (131.0), Ecosia.
The browser cache has been cleared.

The problem seems to be due to the settings on my tablet, as I only see black pages even in the demo examples you provide on your homepage.

What could be the reason?

This question is a general question, so no need to link to a specific page of mine.

How can you differentiate the first “page” of a PDF as a cover? I’d like to be able to flip open the document with the first page as a cover, and the actual first page being on the right side…not on the backside of the cover. Would be nice to have a check box when creating the flip book asking if the first page is a cover page.

I have been using DFlip lite for a while and I am satisfied because of its ease of use.
So I have on my site several pages with brochures or documents of a few pages that can be viewed online or downloaded.
On Windows PCs, no operating problems.
On the other hand, on Android phones, I have just noticed that the books do not even appear.
How can I solve this problem that affects a large part of my site?

I’ve been having this issue since Friday. It appeared randomly, and I didn’t change anything within the last week or so, not even adding new PDFs or anything else.
I found out that I’m using an old version of your plugin, which I hope is still supported! ??

The problem is that, all of a sudden, most of the images in the PDFs won’t load anymore and are just shown as a white space.

hi,

i have issues woth all my flip books as all the text in the files aren’t showing correctly,

i thought it was cache issue and i deactivated minfi and delay and any js and css and the issue was still there

i’m now activating the minfi and delay again with exclude this: dflip.min.js

but still not working well and text couldn’t know what the matter with it

ps: all the books was working fine monts ago without any issues and i don’t know what happened now

The html displays the text or button, but when clicked the trigger with the matching id (html anchor) does nothing. I’ve tried the trigger method using:

• In WordPress Classic editor with short code button with the id set

The result is the same no matter what website I try it on, what theme I’m using and even if all other plugins are deactivated.

I need the functionality to trigger the flipbook as a button.

How can I protect the PDF files from being downloaded? I want customers to view the PDF only, not download or share it. Pro version is not a problem if needed.

When using arrow key it flip all embed PDF. There should be a focus or arrow key should be disabled or work only on pdf that was selected

I know i can change the text color in my WordPress parameters, but i don’t want to change it because it changes most of my other texts. I just want to get rid of the background or change its color. Maybe with CSS its possible?

Recentlt I made a change to our website and installed a second pdf viewer. It did not meet our needs and have now unsinstalled the plug in. Since then flip book files do not load with the error: cannot Access files – The API vesion does not match. I hace leared the cache, have set the locations I can find for pddf.js files to be excluded from cache but am unable to fix the error.
I am not a programmer so I am not sure as t owhere to go to fix any code that might still exist. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The options for turning on and overwriting an outline are nog explained in the manual.

We’re considering buying this plugin, but I have an issue with the zoom level. I cannot read our PDF’s on mobile phones.

What is the standard zoom level? Is this adjustable (increase) with the subscription? This is not really clear from the manual and seems to me a strange feature to leave out on the free version.

I can’t upload or select a pdf for my flipbook, the ‘send to dflip’ button is greyed out completely. For thumbnails it uploads fine. I tried setting the url manually to a local pdf but no luck. Possible that the plugin doesn’t have permission to access my pdf’s? Not sure why that’d be the case but any help is appreciated. You can see the flipbook shortcode is active in my dom in the devtools.
