]]>Hi –
I have just installed the 6Scan plugin and activated it. When I switched on automated backup in the 6Scan control panel, it immediately came up with an ‘unknown error’ for both backup of files and database.
Now I can’t access the WordPress dashboard at all. Whenever I try anything linked to this (e.g. clicking on ‘Dashboard’ or even ‘Log out” I get a blank page with just the error message: ‘Internal Server Error, this is an error with your script, check your error log for more information.’
All the dashboard features appear down the bottom of the page as plain text, rather than properly laid out on the page.
This is my site: https://www.popularscience.co.uk/ – the site seems to be mostly working but seems to have lost its images.
]]>I cannot install plugins manually, so I install them through cpanel. When installed the plugin shows up in my Dashboard plugins directory no problem, but as soon as I hit “Activate” the Dashboard restarts and then only a bar at the top shows and nothing more happens. I have deleted it completely and downloaded new and reloaded twice but same result. When it is deleted, Dashboard works properly. Anybody else have the same problem? I was really looking forward to trying it. Just for information, my FTP upload shows 36 files – correct?
