]]>? We installed and configured Automated DHL Express live/manual shipping rates, labels and pickup plugin in our website. we have enabled (Fetch DHL account rates) settings in rates settings in plugin configuration but we have discrepancy in shipping charges between the website and DHL. we have enabled debug mode in settings also but we did not found anything.
? as we have discussed with DHL express merchant support team and they believes that the problem is on the website with the DHL plugin. and they need the logs file for the request, there should be a request and response xml files where they can know exactly what went wrong.
? also can you please help us why we have discrepancy in shipping charges between the website and DHL even if we are using fetch DHL account live rate settings in plugin configuration.
Hello Team,
I tried to integrate this plugin as per the client’s request. But, unfortunately, after adding this plugin the add to cart function is not working anymore.
Error: Call to undefined method WC_Product_Variable::get_parent_data() in file wp-content/plugins/a2z-dhl-express-shipping/controllors/a2z_dhlexpress_init.php on line 1146
How can this error be solved?
]]>Hi guys! how are you?

]]>Hello,
Does the shipping cost calculation use product dimensions or just weight?
Thank you so much.
]]>We had 2.10.2 installed and weight as well as unit value were not correctly recognized by the plugin for shipping label and commercial invoice. When we had 99,80 EUR the plugin puts 9980 EUR in the commercial invoice. We had 5,97 KG as weight and the label was generated for 597 KG. Could you please have a look at it? We just went back to 2.9.3 because we had a backup for it and there it was working fine.
]]>This plugin provides features other DHL plugin fails to provide. Like to have an import account. We have used other DHL plugins for some time and have extensive knowledge of Worpress and Woo.
The plugin will not calculate rates and when a second product is added to the cart, the shipment amount is also wrong.
I wrote to support with details account access for the site, the reply can you send me a screenshot. I would like to use this plugin, however without support, as we all know this is not worth it.

]]>Hi HitStack Team,
so far I have had success with the automatic generation of the shipping labels. Thanks! But I have 2 questions regarding the further usage:
1. Where can I see the shipment in my account? In Germany, we use myDhl.dhl.com for DHL Express shipments. I do not see this shipment there? Which Portal should I use?
2. A customer wanted to change the address and I tried to input the new address on your site and create new label. But it is not possible? There is a red label that says ‘Something went wrong’.
3. Will the account still be charged if I do not use the wrongly generated label? I don’t see a way to cancel the shipment…
Best
Jacqueline
P.S. I am still using the free version in order to try the plugin out. Does that have to do with the restricted features?
]]>Hello,
thanks for the great plugin! I have a question regarding the rates that the plugin displays.
To my understanding there are two options:
1. Account rates (negotiated rates)
2. Not account rates (Probably just the default rates?)
My problem is that when i have the option DHL Account rates “YES” activated the price is much to low. For expample the plujgin states a package from germany to argentinia costs 80€ When I put the same data directly into mydhl+ account it costs 145€.
WHen i dissable the option “DHL Account rates” the price shows up as 155€ from the plugin so it’s closer but not matching.
I don’t understand where that shift comes from. MAybe i am missunderstanding the Account rates meaning or something. Maybe your support has seen this before.
Best regards Alexander

]]>Hi @hitstacks.
I have the same problem with Woocommerce not seeing my DHL shipping method while setting a zone shipping methods.

Would you be so kind to help me?

]]>Hello,
I’ve using Automated DHL Express Shipping and rates are working. Just recently I am getting this at checkout – SyntaxError: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0
When I use another shipping method for local shipping for example I don’t get any errors.
I am using the latest version of WordPress.
Can anyone help?
]]>@hitstacks Hi, I see you offer good support in this DHL forum. Would it be possible to have some support in the FedEx forum too?
]]>Hey,
I would like to translate the carrier options for other languages: https://www.dropbox.com/s/0s0lav1m2zdnsvh/shipping-option.png?dl=0.
They are not appearing in string translation of WPML and when I try to make it translatable through code, it also won’t work.
Thanks!
]]>Hello!
I have a contract with DHL and get ultra discounted rates for my customers to enjoy at checkout.
In the plugin settings, I’ve only selected box for “EXPRESS WORLDWIDE – [ P ]” as it’s the one that’s populating the correct discounted price for my customers.
HERE’S THE PROBLEM: Remember, I’ve only checked off the express worldwide.
When entering a fake address into my checkout page I get two extra shipping methods from DHL:
DHL Economy Select (Delivers by: 02 May 2020): CA$521.66
DHL Express Worldwide (Delivers by: 26 April 2020): CA$674.72
My customers don’t need to see these two ridiculously priced shipping methods and in the backend, I only have one method selected.
How can I have these other two methods removed?
]]>Hello,
Is there a way with your plugin to get the shipment costs in order to show them to the users in the product page? Please note that users must be logged, thus we know their address at any time, even before they add the product to the cart.
Is there a way to get the shipments costs even before, in the product page?
Thank you
I have rightly configured the DHL plugin for my client, yet no delivery options are displayed upon checkout. Am I doing something wrong? Irrespective of what address is entered on the checkout form, the shipping section of the checkout says: “There are no shipping options available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.”
Is this something you can look at, please?
I anticipate your prompt support.
Cheers!
Hi, my client wants to use 20 usd flat rate fee for shipping. Is this possible? I already configured dhl express plugin with dhl account and hit-shipo.
In services, client has selected
EXPRESS WORLDWIDE – [ D ]
EXPRESS WORLDWIDE – [ P ]
EXPRESS WORLDWIDE – [ U ]
So the idea is that buyer pays 20 usd for shipping and shopowner will pay the difference to DHL and will print the label.
]]>Hi I have the same problem with Woocommerce not seeing my DHL option for shipping.
Using latest version of plugin I cannot get in my shipping zones in woocommerce to show your plugin as an option after filling in all the details provided by you and DHL. Only sees flat rate, australia post and advanced free shipping.
Please help
]]>Hi there,
A client wants to use this plugin on their website. I am struggling to set it up. Is there any documentation for this anywhere?
Struggling the most with the DHL Services in the settings, and which option to pick. What is the difference, for example, between EXPRESS EASY – [7] and EXPRESS EASY – [8]? Is there a resource somewhere that can help me understand?
Also – to get a HIT-Ship Integration Key, it says you can signup for free. However, I don’t see a free option on the HITStacks website…?
Thanks in advance for any help
]]>How to create label and tracking number?
]]>Can we add a $ or % value to the DHL Account Rates. Because we want to offer the DHL Account Rates but We have to keep a little profit for the shipping fee’s ( box, labelling and wrapping ).
We normally see this rate alteration option in other shipping plugin.
Example ( account rate + 3$ ) or ( Account rate + 3% ).
For the moment we only have ”account rate” or ”not”. Its way too big in difference in our case. ( from 70$ to 180$ for example ).
]]>We working in CAD this is okay, because the plugin say CAD too. But when we use the WooCommerce Currency Switcher seems to change the value of the DHL shipping method to USD in double. Like the currency plugin see Your DHL plugin in USD either if its mentionned in CAD in the setting panel.
We normally don’t have this problem with the other shipping rate plugin we had for canada post for exemple, the rates are automaticaly converted to USD when needed but the DHL rates are double converted from USD to CAD and we lost aprox 30% somewhere.
Exemple, the rate is 90$ CAD but the customer see 70$ CAD.

]]>Hello
I have just installed and activated this plugin for use in USA. I have a production Site ID and password that I entered correctly.
However, I am not receiving any quotes despite selecting a bunch of shipping options on the DHL configuration page.
When I go to Shipping Zones (WooCommerce->Settings->Shipping->Shipping Zones), I do not see DHL being listed in any of the shipping options for my 2 zones (USA and Rest of the World).
What else do I need to do? Can you please help?
