I installed the plugin, I got the Api information from Fedex, I made the settings as you showed. I entered the weight and dimensions of the product below to try it. But still no shipping calculation comes out. As a shipping region, I set free shipping only within Turkey, Fedex for other places. But now when I want to buy this product, it does not calculate shipping. Can you check what is the problem? Thank you.

I have confirmed that the product has weight and dimensions. I have activated all forms of domestic FedEx shipping. I have tried different products and shipping locations. I cannot get FedEx shipping to work as an option.

I have been troubleshooting your plugin cause i dont see anything on the frontend even though i have set it up. I suppose that maybe it has to do with the use of Breakdance page builder.

I’m setting up the FedEx Plugin and was able to get the API Keys, meter keys etc for the plugin setup. The FedEx live rates are working, but generating the label and the shipment is not working.

Every time I click to create, it says failed to authenticate. I followed the documentation, to get all the credentials but its still not working Is there something I am missing,

Your plugin Description says “At the moment, no type of contract with the provider is required to make use of this module.” So I assumed you would provide the accreditation details.

But when I started your ‘Configuration’ – at step 1 it asks for API & secret keys.
How/where do I obtain them?
Why isn’t it explained in the setup details? (or is it …. and I didn’t see them)

I am trying to setup Hitshipo but at the last “Link Hitshipo” page, instead of just an email, like in the installation instructions, there’s also a “password” field.

When I type my hitshipo account email and password, I get a “Password is not match” error message. Just an email won’t work.

Also, FEDEX sends an Authentication Key and a Password. These go to the API Key and Secret Key respectively? It would be cleared if these fields had the same names that Fedex uses.

Since our company may send gifts to customers, our Terms of Sale may need to be changed to DDP or DDU. Is this function supported by the plugin?

First off I like the plugin so far. Not sure if your team is looking for people to contribute to your project but I’d be interested. The woocommerce options for FedEx are limited and this project is very useful for us. The only issue I am running into is that the shipping rates are not matching what I see in our FedEx.com account. Typically the rates from the API are too low but not always. I have used the filter you provided to add to the rates. What causes this? The rates appear to be cached. Your help is greatly appreciated. Keep up the good work.

Hi – The documentation for this plugin says you can adjust the shipping cost with the following code:

This is not working for me when I add it into the function.php file. Shipping price remains the same – no error or anything. Just no change. I would like to add a couple dollars to all shipping rates, as the quoted ones are consistently low compared to when we create the actual shipment through our account at FedEx.

Am I missing something? Thanks in advance for your help.

I have a MAJOR urgent problem: I did a migration from Big Commerce to Woocommerce. All weight and size are entered in each per products – 400 of them. I would like to know if your plugin – once I enter the client Fedex credentials – the cost of Fedex shipping will show auto at checkout with just the weight and size info per product? My terror is that: do I need to create 400 shipping classes or does Fedex/your plugin will work with just the info entered per products – which are already there? Please say yes …
I have a call with my client at 3pm eastern and we were supposed to go live right after that – the migration people just told me they cannot transfer the Fedex cost at checkout from Big Commerce to woocommerce so I am in a total panic here.
Please tell me your plugin will do that without having to build 400 shipping classes.

I found out that the plugin unfortunately made the checkout page impossible to load. So then, upon deactivating all plugins, i found out that it’s this plugin that caused the loading problem.

I tried to fix the issue but still couldn’t. Now every time i activate the plugin, the website pops up an error code : https://snipboard.io/smzwKV.jpg

First off, thank you for making this plugin. I am having a bit of an issue and I was hoping you might be able to help me. Our standard way of shipping is to use FedEx Express Saver with the packaging type One Rate? Pak. I have Fedex One Rates enabled as well as FedEx Express Saver. The issue is that it seems like the plugin is defaulting to the rate of FedEx One Rate? Small Box. The rate for that is $12.65 (That is the national Zone price, which most of our customers are considered). But the rate for FedEx One Rate? Pak is $12.25 (again, National Zone price). I know the difference is small, but our accountant has informed it that it is still an issue. Is there a way to set the plugin to use FedEx One Rate? Pak instead of FedEx One Rate? Small Box? Hi, I want to use your plugin on a multisite, but it seems that doesn’t work. After installing I don’t get the Configure Automated Fedex tab under Shipping settings in Woocommerce. When I install on a single site setup, I do get the settings tab. Any comments on this? Anything I can do to make it work?

I need to set limits to services available depending on product in cart. For instance, product category “A”, all services options available. Product category “B”, only Priority Overnight” available. Product category “C” only “Ground” available. If not by Product Category, then by Shipping Class okay. Is that built in? Can that ability be added?

I need the user to be able to edit the “from” address and “to” address. Can this be accomplished in the plugin?

The plugin calculates the shipping for one item it appears properly, however, when adding multiples of the same item or different items the plugin does not behave properly. In the first case the shipping cost remains the same no matter how many of the same item are added. In the second case if I mix items the fedex plugin doesn’t show any rates.

Are you still supporting this plugin?
