“Check ABN” button not working properly across all devices in gravity form. Sometime it get stuck with “Checking ABN with the Australian Business Register” message and sometime the customer has to refresh and press “Check ABN” multiple times. In this site, Rocket cache plugin is enabled.

Please give us solution so that “Check ABN” button works properly across all devices.
Hi again, it seems that the ABN lookup is no longer working when the Gravity Form has AJAX enabled. I had to turn this off a while ago on my multi-page form, but ideally, I would like to be able to turn it back on. It doesn’t look to be working on your demo form either: https://staging.bkbn.au/abn-lookup-for-gravity-forms/forms/multi-page-form-ajax-enabled/
(check ABN button does nothing when clicked after the number is entered).
Many thanks for your help.
I am unable to update the ABN Lookup for Gravity Forms plugin. Its saying does not work with my version of PHP. I checked your support it says will work on php 7.4 or higher. I am running PHP version 8.2. So I tried uninstalling the plugin to reinstall, but get same error this plugin does not work with my version of PHP. Why is it not working on 8.2?
Hi there, it seems the plugin currently has an error. I am getting both of these errors on your demo form and on the form on my site:TypeError: businessNames.forEach is not a function
TypeError: p.forEach is not a function
To replicate the error: Enter ABN number 79067177913 on your demo form – https://staging.bkbn.au/abn-lookup-for-gravity-forms/v2/
I’m using Gravity Forms v2.8.1 and ABN Lookup for Gravity Forms v2.0.0
This was working well previously.
Any help would be appreciated! Thank you
On the 60 Second Pre Approval form (click the button on the side of the page to open the form). I am getting errors when the ABN lookup field is used. Below are examples:

429 Too Many Requests

429 Too Many Requests

nginx

RangeError: Maximum call stack size exceeded
This only seems to occur when an ABN is pasted into the field and typing the ABN manually works as expected.
Can you advise what is causing the issue and how to resolve.

Hey,
this plugin works well when I don’t enable AJAX, the moment I turn it on, the ABN lookup will stop working in the form. Is there a way to resolve this issue? I need to Keep ajax enabled so that I can send the form data to google analytics.
I have selected the format of the Registered date to be yyyy-mm-dd, after entering the ABN number the Date fields should be populated in the format yyyy-mm-dd but it looks something like below in the field-
1999/11/Mon Nov 01 1999 11:00:00 GMT+1100 (Australian Eastern Daylight Time)
Date fields populate correctly when the format selected is dd/mm/yyyy
Is this a known bug?
Hi There
I just installed the latest version of Gravity 2.5.10.1 and ABN Lookup 1.8.0, I also added the GUID in the settings section. However, when I add the text field as per instructions I cannot see the options as per your image
I also downloaded v 1.7 and that did not work. Currently, using WP 5..8.1 with PHP 7.4.23
Any ideas?
Hi,
Can someone please let me know why I am not able to see the Registered date field?

I got a question which I am not quite sure if can be done out of the box with your plugin: Are we able to type in a Business name to bring up an ABN? — let me know if possible.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Adrian,
Thanks so much for developing this plugin and for making it free of charge!
As a not-for-gain organisation working in the charity space we do a lot of due diligence and validation work on charitable organisations. We’ve been using your plugin to help cut back on manual work in the early stages of validation – it can help us ensure we are being supplied 100% accurate entity names matched up to valid ABNs.
There are a few more fields accessible through the ABR that we would find really useful to pull data from:
DGR Item status(dgrEndorsement/itemNumber)
ATO Charity type (charityType/charityTypeDescription)
ACNC registration status (ACNCRegistration/status)
Tax concessions (taxConcessionCharityEndorsement/endorsementType)
Is there any chance of functionality to access data in these fields being added to the plugin?
Thanks!
Hi,
I see this topic was raised recently.

This would add huge value to the plugin.
Thanks

Hi,
Is this plugin compatible with current versions of WordPress / gravity forms? I can’t seem to get the lookup fields to fill with data. All the data seems to be in the javascript objects returned in the console, just not filling the fields.
HI,
Love this addin. I wanted to see if it would be possible to use the lookup values for ABN/GST registered dates in the number fields. I want to be able to do this so that I can do calculations on the dates and add conditional logic based on this.
I am not sure how the date is stored, so this would probably only work if it is stored as a numerical value – similar to how it is in Excel.
Regards
