I have just started using Academy LMS and so far I am super impressed. The UI is really smooth and the features of the plugin are great.
I needed help from the support team over a few setup issues and they have been extremely quick to respond going above and beyond to help me get started using the plugin. To add, this support was given with just the free version.
I have since bought the pro version and what you get for the money is much more than I could have asked for.

In fact, as an institution that has been searching for a chair management for two years, I have not found what satisfies my needs
But Academy LMS has found most of what I wish for
And the advantage is the flexibility in hiding what I want and showing what I do not want, and the support was cooperative with me in this
And it gives me quick solutions
I hope that this plugin has a theme linked to the WordPress editor instead of using Elementor
It will be better for us, and they promised us that they are actually studying the matter

They have a very old support chat, with the first license they helped me with the changes I needed by giving me CSS code, then I bought a pack of licenses from them, which in the end I didn’t need and they gave me my money back. As a newbie in wordpress, I started trialling the Academy LMS using the new basic block theme called Assembler. However, there seemed to be a theme conflict with the Academy LMS generated pages. I tried to fix it on my own but it didn’t work. Then I contacted Academy LMS team and despite just being on the free tier, they helped me solve the issue by writing custom code for me to use. And that solved the problem and my website now runs smoothly.
I really appreciate their efforts as they have put in many hours helping me solve this issue. They have also been very quick, patient and receptive to my requirements. Despite the Academy LMS being a great system (it’s the only affordable LMS that I found that supports having a 4-tier structure for the lessons), their customer service is also top notch.
