Have someone else have difficulty making this two social networks to work? Youtube and Google apis work flawlessly but FB and Insta are real bitch. Tried both methods and no luck.
FB Connect dont fill the rest of the fields automatically.

Get Access Token gets me “Sorry, something went wrong.” page from FB.

Any known issues at the moment?

How are social media accounts registered and displayed, is it per WP install or unlimited?

Hi !

My instagram cunter isplay the default count and not the real number. I create an Facebook app, put the oauth redirect url, click on access token and filled the Instagram User ID and Instagram access token.

I don’t know what I’m missing but it doesn’t work.

Is there any new documentation on how the connect Instagram since you changed the connection settings with your last update? When I add and saved the Facebook app credentials and click ‘get access token’ I am getting an URL error on the Facebook page.

For example here: If I left 0 it’s 0 there and if I put [aps-get-count social_media=”facebook”] I can see only [aps-get-count social_media=\”facebook\”]

The Instagram follower counter (= AccessPress Social Counter) was working fine but today it is showing “0” and nothing has been changed.

I’m having a problem with the Facebook login or FB Connect not storing the data.

Whenever I click on FB Connect, it would ask me to login to my Facebook account and select which page to connect to. After the process is done, it will show that it connected to my page but after I click on Save all changes, the data is not stored and it’s no longer connected to my FB page.

I’ve successfully managed to set up your plugin, but I’m unable to make the facebook counter work. I’ve used method 2 and all data was stored successfully.

Also, can you confirm if your Instagram counter is working? According to the plugin it mentions that due to API changes it will not work any longer.

I was integrating Access Press Social Counter into one of my websites when I faced an issue with Instagram.

As Instagram API is deprecated and facebook graph API documentation is not helping much in this case.

Is there any way to connect a instagram account? Or should I wait for an update?
