I am a very new paying customer of their other other plugin (product add-ons) which is fantastically feature-filled by the way, so I decided to stick with the same company for the Discounts plugin too – to minimize software conflicts.
I thought I would eventually need to buy the full version, because most “free” versions are severely crippled, but this plugin did EVERYTHING I needed. So kudos for that!
One feature (bulk discounts, but only within a category) was not working as expected, and there was a bit of back and forth with their support, and eventually they requested temporary access, jumped right in, and cooked up a solution (dynamic lists) that worked out perfectly!
They don’t hesiatate to go out of their way to help you achieve what you are trying to do — which is just fantastic support. And i mean they actually will write PHP snippets, CSS rules, provide patched beta versions, etc etc just to get you what you want. (more of that in my other review, for the add-ons plugin).
Also, the pricing is super reasonable, and the lifetime option is fantastic to have.

This plugin was exactly what I needed to have a wholesale/discount group of customers for my woocommerce website. Worked like a charm, easy user interface to use and understand, and had the perfect customizations I needed for my use case. Even better, though, was the support team. I have 2 plugins from Acowebs working on my website – e-shop over a year , their customization , easy of use and layouts are perfect , in fact you CAN NOT find some of the options you may need for your site in other plugins (you can even do really complex products) i had 1-2 small issues that ANY plugin from ANY developer can have due to updates(its normal) but these guys fix everything in matter of minutes and are very polite. They also update the plugins frequently. What about their price? They should have double prices for the products they sell but they make it available from individuals to big companies. A big thumbs up and 10 star from me .
